Getting Started
Your first step is an assessment. This will include medical history, physical measurements of your body fat, muscle imbalance, posture, flexibility, stress test plus a detailed description of your food intake and cravings, water intake, current activity levels and evaluation of your goals.
A typical training session is approximately one hour long and includes 5-10 minute warmup followed by corrective stretches to improve muscle balance. Following that, it is now time to get those results you want!
So for the next 30-40 minutes, we will incorporate Swiss Ball, Pilates, cable, boxing, yoga movements, walks and runs and many other modalities that will get you the fastest results guaranteed.
After finishing postural and core work, you will receive a full body stretch to improve flexibility and help reduce soreness. FYI, you should never feel extremely sore the same day or the day following your training session. A little tightness here and there is OK and to be expected.
Where necessary, we will do some trigger point, soft tissue and massage work to finish the session. Dane's workouts are never dull but rather upbeat and fun. We want you to exercise as much as possible and you will always leave feeling better and more energised.
