I am committed to providing individualised training programmes developed by a fully trained and qualified practioner to all of your personal health, fitness or nutritional goals regardless of physical limitations and injury status in a safe and professionally-monitored environment.
More precisely, design training programmes that create the desired results in body composition - muscle / fat ratios. My sessions are fun, enjoyable and results-driven. I aim to educate my clients on the importance of active lifestyle, regular exercise and nutrition for health, disease prevention and performance.
